The support of the Grant Assistance Program, through the Qualifications Upgrade Program as well as the Leadership Certification, I have been able to obtain a Team Lead position within a specialized preschool program for children with medical complexities and associated developmental delays. The financial burden of continuing my educational pursuits while working and raising a young family was not an issue thanks to their generous support.
I now have the education and knowledge that is transferable to a variety of positions within the Early Childhood field which in turn offers stability and peace-of-mind from an employment perspective.
